He traveled to the country to study plant medicines and to go on a 10-day diet.<\/p>\n<p>Saijo used the help of a local radio station to gather poems and short stories submitted for his installation, which also includes a textile piece created by Shipibo women and a portrait series he created.<\/p>\n<p>Saijo will launch a campaign in June to raise money to publish a poetry book that will be translated in English and Spanish.
